Our role is as follows: ensure correct documentation submitted promptly to Energex/Ergon by contractor, closely monitor the process of defect reporting and rectification, to prevent delays by Energex/Ergon or the contractor, follow up Energex/Ergon for issue of their Certificate of Acceptance and release of the developer's bond as quickly as possible.
