Our role is as follows: ensure correct documentation submitted promptly to Energex by contractor, closely monitor the process of defect reporting and rectification, to prevent delays by Energex or the contractor, follow up Energex for issue of their Certificate of Acceptance and release of the developer's bond as quickly as possible.
