As UDIA members have already learned, Energex isprogressively removing their contributions for subdivisions. On 1 July 2008, their contribution dropped to $1100 GST-inclusive per lot. On 1 July 2009, it will disappear altogether. This has created an unacceptable inequity for developers of small subdivisions who are required to install a new transformer.
